Chuck Champlin draws on 30 years of writing and media experience at the Los Angeles Times, the Walt Disney Company, Epson America, Sanwa Bank and Pasadena City College. Chuck currently works at the University of California Santa Barbara, managing communications for the university's Office of Admissions.

• Wrote and produced presentations for business and employee events;

Lesley Champlin
Lesley Champlin is the Web, Ecommerce and Project Management dimension of Champlin Media Management. She joined CMM in 2009 after 10 years in the software industry specializing in ecommerce. Earlier, she spent 15 years in information systems and project management for the financial services industry.
Lesley has managed all aspects of ecommerce, from marketing and merchandizing to payment processing and fulfillment logistics. Among her accomplishments, Lesley:
• Established an ecommerce presence for Autodesk, Inc. in Europe in 2000, when online sales there were in their infancy;
• Created 14 localized-country sites;
• Developed an affiliate marketing program for the online stores;
• Conducted SEM and SEO activities;
• Initiated ground-breaking programs for software renewals online;
• Continues to be an evangelist for the potential of online marketing and sales.
Lesley has experience initiating and implementing site optimizations and redesigns to deliver customer-focused functionality based on usability studies and site analytics.
Prior to Autodesk, Lesley was a vice president in Information Systems at Wells Fargo Bank. She held a number of management roles in project management, operations support, technical support and 24/7 data center management.
She brings a common-sense business acumen and an understanding of systems infrastructure to her consulting and project management roles.
